Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress Palak Sindhwani, who plays the role of Sonu, gave a glimpse of her recently done up 3 BHK. While Palak mentioned that it is a rented property and she hasn’t bought it, however her brother and she have put their heart and soul into decorating the house. She moved in with her family during Diwali and the house is finally set-up. However, here’s a glimpse of some of her quaint, elegant, and minimalistic designed house.
Palak mentioned that though they wanted to hire designers for the house, her brother and she took it as a challenge to set up the house by themselves. Keeping in mind the budget, Palak showed the entrance to her house. With a simple welcome sign that reads ‘Sindhwani’s’, it has got a bohemian touch to it with a glass jar and dried flowers.
Palak emphasized on the wall as soon as you enter the living room. It has a huge Buddha painting on the wall, to add some aesthetic touch, there are lamps and a diffuser on the table.
The Taarak actress showed a small meditation room, where her family meditates and it is also a puja room. It has a puja corner and a bed with mural wall hangings. It gives a peaceful vibe.
Palak revealed that the dining space took her maximum time to design. She went through several references and locked in with chairs and bench set-up on two sides. It is a custom-made table and you will find muted colour palette throughout. There are two lamps hanging on top of the table and a huge metal work piece on the wall.
The sitting area is aesthetically done with a lot of indoor planters and leafy paintings on the wall. It has a nesting table, sofa, and pouffes in grey, white and brown shades. You will also find macramé cushions. Palak showed how the entire space lights up at night and it gives cozy vibes.
The minimalistic design runs through the entire house and her parents’ room reflects the same. There are a lot of paintings and ceramic paintings elegantly hanging on the walls. Palak and her brother have cleverly added racks and shelves to place small planters and paintings.
Palak’s room brings out her personality and adds a comfy touch. You will find a swinging accent chair and a big mirror. Palak also showed a door in her room, which will take you to her wardrobe area. Her room has a neon signage that reads, ‘Dream on’ and her room looks dreamy as well.
