Means, a domestic violence counselor from Niagara Falls, had made a series of troubling posts on social media prior to the incident. In the posts, she expressed distress over her relationship with the father of her children, detailing personal pain and heartbreak. One post read, “I wish someone would love me because the man that’s supposed to does not,” while another expressed her yearning to reunite with her family despite previous conflicts.
