Aamras, a beloved treat particularly popular in western Indian states like Maharashtra and Gujarat, is a simple yet delightful dish consisting of mildly sweetened mango pulp, often served with puris. Taste Atlas praises its versatility, noting that it can be enhanced with additions like saffron, dry ginger, or cardamom, allowing for a range of delectable variations.
