
A shooting incident in Washington DC on Thursday evening has left at least four people injured. The shooting occurred around 9 pm in the 1500 block of Harry Thomas Way Northeast, just 500 feet from the NoMa-Gallaudet U New York Avenue Metro station. Authorities responded swiftly to the scene, where three men and one woman were found injured.
According to reports from local media, the victims were all “conscious and breathing” when emergency responders arrived. Two of the victims, who sustained gunshot wounds, were immediately transported to a nearby hospital by emergency medical services. The other two victims, whose injuries were also serious, made their way to medical facilities on their own.
