Advayan Technologies New Initiative ‘Advayan Learning’ Aims to Build a Million AI-Literate Professionals by 2030

New Delhi, India – October 6, 2025 — In a major step towards shaping India’s AI-driven future, Advayan has officially launched its new education and training division, Advayan Learning, dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and emerging technologies. The initiative aims to equip students, IT professionals, and academic institutions with future-ready skills essential for the digital economy.

Building India’s AI Talent Ecosystem

With the rapid global adoption of AI and automation, the demand for skilled professionals is growing faster than ever. Recognizing this shift, Advayan Learning has been established as a specialized platform to bridge the gap between academia and industry through hands-on, job-oriented learning.
The division will offer certified courses, live workshops, and collaborative projects designed to prepare learners for real-world applications in AI, data science, and digital transformation.

Speaking about the vision behind the initiative, Pratishtha Gupta, Director of Advayan Learning, said:

“Our mission is to democratize access to high-quality AI education and help India become a global hub for technological innovation. We want to make sure that every learner — whether a student, professional, or educator — has the tools and knowledge to thrive in the age of Generative AI.”

With over 15 years of experience in IT and industry leadership, Pratishtha has been instrumental in driving large-scale digital transformation and talent development programs across enterprises. Under her direction, Advayan Learning is set to collaborate with universities, corporates, and government bodies to develop industry-aligned learning models and research partnerships.

Webinar: ‘Future of AI – How to Upskill and Transform Your Career’

As part of its launch activities, Advayan Learning successfully hosted its first webinar on 5th October 2025, titled “Future of AI: How to Upskill and Transform Your Career.”
The session attracted students, professionals, and educators from across India, highlighting strong national interest in AI-driven career growth.

The interactive session covered the evolution of Artificial Intelligence, the rise of Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, and practical insights on how learners can align their skills with global trends. The webinar also featured a Q&A segment, giving participants direct access to industry mentors and real-world perspectives.

Thought Leadership in Generative AI

The session was led by Dr. Aditya Singh, Head of AI at Advayan — a globally recognized Generative AI Trainer and researcher.
Dr. Singh brings over 11 years of experience in AI/ML and digital innovation, holding a PhD from IIT Madras, a Master’s in Machine Learning from IIT Delhi, and a certification from Harvard University.
He has previously collaborated with Microsoft on Copilot solutions and contributed to India’s first Large Language Model (PARAM LLM) — a milestone in the country’s AI research landscape.

“We are entering an era where Generative AI is not just a tool but a co-creator,” said Dr. Singh. “Advayan Learning’s goal is to make this technology accessible, ethical, and impactful for every learner in India.”

Towards a Future-Ready India

The successful debut webinar marks the beginning of a larger national skilling mission by Advayan Learning. The platform plans to roll out a comprehensive roadmap of AI bootcamps, certification programs, faculty training, and innovation labs in collaboration with leading institutions and enterprises.
